The MZI flagship, which consists of MZI Infosystems, MZITech and MZI BPO, is projected to increase its revenues from Rs. 600 million to Rs. 800 million in the current calendar year. After adding the projected revenues of other companies in the MZI Group – Gotocustomer Services Limited and SME Business Services Limited – revenues are estimated to reach Rs. 1.09 billion.
MZI has picked up a strategic U.S. partner. The company has entered the BPO business, bagging big U.S. jobs. It has won a large shared services outsourcing contract from a U.S. company.
Drawing upon its core competencies, MZI has scaled up to unprecedented heights of success. MZI is now ramping up operations by hiring more than 300 hardcore professionals in its BPO, Technology and Rich Media domains, in the first phase of expansion. The traditional business of hardware sales has been augmented with the addition of top class managers with a special focus on growing the services business. The shared services outsourcing contract is on steam and will be scaled up to a 100 seat operation. There is no looking back. MZI is clearly on the upswing.
