MZI Healthcare Acquires Healthcare Software Business

LONGVIEW, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2005--MZI Healthcare, LLC, an affiliate of MZI International, LLC, has acquired the EZ-CAP software business of OAO Healthcare Systems.

An "all cash" transaction, financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition facilitates MZI International's entry into the provider (physician-hospital) segment of the healthcare benefit processing software market.

The EZ-CAP managed care software product line is a suite of solutions for at-risk healthcare organizations and is currently installed at over 120 clients worldwide.

MZI International, LLC, is a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Multiple Zones India (MZI), the eight-year-old marketing, technology and BPO Company. MZI will use its technological expertise to enhance, develop and maintain the EZ-CAP product line and attend to any needs that the market or customers may demand, now and in the future.
